Customer Service Specialist

Key Skills & Competencies Required:
• Following & Supporting day-to-day Customer Operations,
• Responding to customers' request/claims with a deep customer care approach,
• Maintain & Handle TMS software for planning and bookings,
• Arranging vessel capacity planning and improving yield management daily,
• Being in communication with both local & abroad teams & agencies, terminals, and business units to keep the smooth operational flow,
• Arranging, attending, and reporting customer visits and using CRM system for all this flow,
• Offering intermodal transport solutions to customers with the global network & infrastructure of DFDS,
• Pricing to customers according to their request,
• Being a part of the Sales Operation of Route and always open to opportunities on this issue.

The ideal person for this position will have following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Maritime Transportation Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Logistics),
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken (2nd Language will be advantageous),
• Able to work flexible hours,
• Service and problem-solving oriented,
• Customer driven,
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer problems/claims,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
• A conscientious approach to completing each task,
• Flexible and adaptable way of working,
• Strong analytical approach and team player,
• Strong communication skills for creating relations with all parties,
• Good command of MS Office Applications,
• A keen eye for detail,
• B driving licence,
• No restriction for business travel (both domestic and abroad),
• Completed military service or postponed for at least 2 years for male candidates.
