For our ‘Sales, Marketing, Business Development & Strategy’ group in İstanbul, we are looking for a Business Development Analyst.

Business Development Analyst’s responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Business Development Analyst duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends and needs.

If you are ready to observe the freight ferry business in a Pan-European company continuously expanding, ready to ask questions, deep dive to bring out answers, criticize the findings, compile, and present findings in a sense-making manner,

Then you might be the one we are looking for as a Business Development Analyst!

Key Skills & Competencies Required:
• Continuously learn what we and others do and get used to business operations
• Learn how to use and extract data from internal systems
• Collaborate with colleagues from different departments scattered all around in Europe
• Be in touch with both internal and external stakeholders
• Update existing reports and develop new ones regarding our operations to keep track of what and how we are doing ..such as pricing, market, competitiveness analysis
• Do market research for projects and prepare presentations
• Participate in revenue budgeting processes
• Participate in developing products & services to make growth and profit-oriented investment proposals by using the company’s infrastructure at an optimum level

The ideal person for this position will have following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, economics, and business administration
• 2 – 4 years of working experience
• MS Office skills especially in Excel & PowerPoint
• Fluent in English for attending training, and collaborating with colleagues and customers from different nationalities
• Careful and have a systematic working approach
• Analytical mindset
• A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
