System and Process Analyst for our Group ERP system MS Dynamics 365
Do you want to help support an ERP system, which is crucial to our colleagues in Finance, HR and Procurement? We are expanding the team so if this is for you read on. DFDS is in the process of digitizing our back office. The largest project in this process is the implementation of a new ERP system for Group Finance, HR and Procurement. We are in the phase of implementing Microsoft Dynamics including D365 Finance, Human Resource and multiple ISVs replacing our current finance system Visma. The position as ERP Supporter can, apart from the support, include different responsibilities over the coming years as the project goes through implementation to a fully implemented system in operation. You will be part of a team of skilled IT experts, who have years of experience in technical support and maintenance of ERP systems including our current Finance system Visma.
Together with your colleagues in the D365 Operations team you will do 2nd level support and application management of our new ERP system. Here you will play a large role in contributing with your knowledge within the MS Dynamics application suite, including D365 Finance/AX 2012. You will help build up D365 competences in the D365 Operations team and ensure preparation going from project to operations mode.
Preferred professional candidate profile:
The ideal candidate has vast experience in supporting and using MS Dynamics 365 and/or AX. You have experience as a business analyst/application supporter. We imagine that: • You are an experienced user of D365FO/AX2012. • You possess good IT technical knowledge and business understanding. • You have Finance knowledge. • You are a strong communicator in English and can ensure written and oral clarity.
It is an advantage if: • You have knowledge on Security setup (Users, Roles and Licenses) • You have experience with D365 ISV modules (Lasernet, TAS SKG) • You can drive continuous improvements on internal processes. • You have experience with ITIL processes.
