Customer Services Coordinator

We are looking for a Customer Services Coordinator to join our current team to help with new and existing traffic flows, whilst maintaining a seamless service. If you’re looking for a role within a dynamic and enthusiastic environment and have a willingness to succeed… we have the opportunity for you!

You’ll need to be customer focussed to deal with any general enquiries quickly and efficiently to continue the great service we already deliver. You’ll be communicating with customers by phone & email to provide quotations and creating accurate bookings, so a good level of IT skills is a prerequisite, as we need you to be accurate & able to work with a variety of systems – don’t worry, we don’t expect you to have system knowledge, as our team will train you on our inhouse programs. You will be great at problem solving and providing solutions to our customers when transportation issues arise.

Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a customer facing role, with the ability to multitask, with different customers and different queries, working in the heart of logistics. All culminating in safeguarding and enhancing the service level offered by DFDS and surpassing our client expectations.
