About the role

Be Part of the movement – and play a part in our exciting journey to implement our CRM cloud solution

We are investing heavily in digital technologies which will create a fantastic customer experience through a company-wide digital transformation driven by smart data, automation, modularization, and connectivity.

We believe that digital technologies, and the pace of their adoption, are key driving forces in changing the ways businesses work.
We need you to drive and safeguard the implementation and rollout of our Microsoft CRM cloud solution – and help move our sales processes to the next level.

You will be a part of an Agile team within our Customer Engagement Tribe in the Technology & Innovation division. We are an international, co-located team based in Copenhagen and Istanbul. • You understand the role of the CRM system in a distributed application landscape, aligning with other system and enterprise architects
  • You oversee, design and implement architecturally sound solutions within the CRM and sales domain

Your work as part of the team is to

  • Design CRM solution architecture and integrations using APIs and events
  • Have a ‘Standard-first’ mindset and seek the opportunities for leveraging standard configuration and tools such as Power Platform before writing custom code
  • Write and effectively communicate technical design documents with proposed solutions/recommendations to developers and non-technical stakeholders
  • Express and communicate solution architecture using process, data and architecture diagrams
  • Occasionally analyse business challenges, needs and communicate requirements to the team
  • Facilitate technical workshops
