We are investing heavily in digital technologies which will create a fantastic customer experience through a company-wide digital transformation driven by smart data, automation, modularization, and connectivity.

We need you to drive and safeguard the implementation and rollout of our Microsoft CRM cloud solution – and help move our sales processes to the next level.
You will be a part of an Agile team within our Customer Engagement Tribe in the Technology & Innovation division. We are an international, co-located team based in Copenhagen and Istanbul. The team has great autonomy to pursue the goals of our CRM solution in close collaboration with the business adoption team and stakeholders.

With this in mind, we think that you come with solid experience in design and architecture. Preferably you have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Module and have been in the role as architect or technical lead on minimum 2 full-cycle CRM implementation projects.
