Bowser Operative

Do you like working outdoors and in all weathers? DFDS are looking for a Bowser Operative to work at their site on Immingham Docks. The shift pattern will be 4on 4 off working from 07.00-19.00 Mon-Fri & 06.00-1800 Sat-Sun

You will monitor, replace fuel as required. Ensure all temperature-controlled units are running within a 5-degree tolerance in respect to the setpoint. Proactively observe units for faults or discrepancies and ensure any such occurrences are reported to all relevant parties, as per procedure. Carry out light checks on the trailers & visual walk round inspection for damages reporting to your direct shift Team Leader Ensure your working areas are clear of obstructions, in line with departmental housekeeping procedures.

We are looking for someone that has excellent customer service skills who will be able to represent DFDS to the highest standard, work with due care and attention ensuring personal safety and of those around you

The salary for this role is £23,000
