Transport & Facilities Administrator

Due to our increasing workload, we are seeking a Transport & Facilities Administrator, to join our team in Immingham. … so, this could be the position for you!!!

Working Mon – Fri 08:00 – 17:00 you’ll be communicating daily with 3rd Party Hauliers & other stakeholders, supporting the Transport Planners who are working alongside you. Naturally, strong general administration duties will be a prerequisite for this position. You’ll be handling various queries which may arise, so we’ll need you to work quickly but accurately, to ensure we are delivering a great customer service, as well as overseeing the facility services.

A proficient level of administration experience would be advantageous working within a fast-paced environment. An ability to work on your own initiative combined with a driven approach to the work undertaken is required to make sure documentation is completed to the desired standards, ensuring customer service levels are met.If you enjoy an administrative role and have proven reliability, with a flexible & adaptable way of working, then you could be well suited for this position.

Main responsibilities of the role:


  • Support 3rd party hauliers with payment queries
  • Ensuring 3rd party documents are up to date and valid
  • Assisting in updating KPI & other haulage reports
  • General Admin keeping
  • Overseeing facility services, including conference needs for management, stationary, general building upkeep, and queries.
