Health & Safety Administrator (FTC)

Administration experience? Do you have very strong IT skills? Are you passionate about achieving & maintaining standards? Fancy the opportunity to join our dedicated team in Immingham? We are looking for a Health & Safety Administrator on a Fixed Term Contract initially, to assist us managing our administration tasks, enabling us to meet the departmental objectives.

Working Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00 at our Immingham office, you’ll be working as part of Health & Safety Team who have been developing systems to help improve legal compliance and increase efficiencies when managing safety. For this role you will solely be working on administration tasks, such as the transferring of Risk Assessment data to a new digital system, handling training compliance documentation as well as GDPR documentation and other Health & Safety related administration tasks within the department. Attention to detail, to ensure accuracy, combined with clear and concise communication are paramount. We are looking for an effective communicator, as you will be liaising with various stakeholders, employees and managers alike, and should be confident asking questions.

To fulfill this opportunity, it is essential the individual applying for the role possess’ very strong IT skills, is able to work well with Microsoft office, and be experienced in navigating around SharePoint. They will be needed to meet prescribed KPI and target dates for objectives to be achieved. You shall be joining a forward-thinking team, who will ensure your integration into the department is seamless and accommodating. We require an engaging individual who can dynamically adapt to work, manage their own workload commitments, to ensure delivery of the collective strategic goals.
