We are now looking for a senior HR professional that really want to make an impact, developing and supporting our leaders throughout the employee journey.
About the role
As HR Advisor you will work close with managers in the operational business, characterized by both blue- and white-collar employees. You will be a true business expert meaning close involvement with especially first- and second-line managers and working closely with union representatives.
You will work with the full HR scope where you will proactively support the managers in driving the local people plans in all people management processes including negotiations. You also have an important role as a trusted advisor and courageous advocate, to coach and challenge our leaders to broaden their perspectives and become great people managers. You will also make sure to support managers to develop a strong talent pipeline and develop our leaders for the future.
The position is located in Gothenburg. You will report to HR Manager Sweden and work closely with your colleagues in the HR team.
Who are you?
We are looking for an experienced yet operational HR professional with the ability to build strong relationships with managers in assigned business units, act as a trusted advisor and influencer. You hold the knowledge across the full HR landscape and with extensive knowledge within employee relations, you utilize this to support managers according to our common People agenda and local business needs.
