Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for Digital Marketing Specialist to help supporting Head of Distribution & Distribution Managers drive the digital activity through different performance marketing channels, and executive initiatives & activities across the distribution performance mix.

You will be part of the Digital Marketing Specialist Community and working on both projects and supporting our colleagues to ensure effective digital marketing tooling and technology.

The tasks are varied but will specialize in defining digital marketing channels to optimize performance, but you will also have the flexibility to support across the full digital marketing mix when required.
The daily tasks include report, analyze & optimize performance marketing channels daily to improve overall passenger business performance.

The role will include work across marketing functions to ensure distribution activity is integrated & aligned with other functions.
You will also be developing campaigns and implement effective initiatives to acquire & retain customers through digital performance channels as part of agile teams.


Main Responsibilities

As our Digital Marketing Specialist your main responsibilities among others are research, awareness and identification of new developments and trends within the digital marketing industry for continual expansion, growth and improvement, individually and for the brand.
You will be leading projects, channels and initiatives outlined in the distribution roadmap, and working with all distribution marketing agencies/suppliers and affiliate networks to support managers to work towards outlined objectives.

Professional profile

The person we are looking for is a skilled marketing professional with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing channels.
You have good knowledge and understanding of broader digital marketing channels and can combine analytical insight with creative execution.


-          Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, Facebook business manager, Marin etc.

-          Familiar with PPC, SEO, affiliates, and digital media

-          Must have strong English and Danish language skills, both written and verbal

We are looking for a positive, optimistic and energetic person to join a team of like-minded individuals – each with different skill sets, who all work towards a common goal.
We expect you to have a collaborative approach to working and can work alongside other departments within Marketing, Passenger & a wider functions across the group.

Further it would be desirable if you had:

  • Knowledge and understanding of travel and digital marketing industries.
  • Experience of multi-language marketing activities
  • A Marketing, digital or business degree or professional qualification
