Put your mark on the ERP landscape in DFDS

In DFDS, we are in the process of digitizing our back office. The largest project in this process is the implementation of a new ERP system for Group Finance, HR and Procurement. We are in the early phase of implementing Microsoft Dynamics including D365FO, Human Resource and multiple ISVs replacing our current finance system Visma amongst other back-office systems and 70+ integrations in a web of external and internal built systems.

Main responsibilities

In the role as Business and Process Analyst, you will be the bridge between line of business systems and D365. You will be focusing on the integrations from approximately 70 different systems which have to feed data to D365 (more will come as DFDS has an ambition to grow by acquisitions).

You will be focusing on understanding the financial processes and flows, so we can get the right integrations set up for supporting the operations in D365.
We will have 4 Microsoft releases and 12 own development releases per year for D365, so work concerning regression tests can also be expected.

More specifically your main responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing data, business processes and requirements for systems integrated with D365
  • A deep understanding of financial processes and transactions
  • Design of business processes and integrations
  • Participation in testing of integration solutions during development
  • Support during implementation of integrations
  • Documentation of integration solutions

What we are looking for

We imagine that you have a deep understanding of financial transactions.
We are looking for a structured and process-oriented person with a technical mindset. You should be service minded and determined to track down issues and find solutions. Documentation and coordination are some of your core competences.
As the tasks often involve many different colleagues you also need to have strong stakeholder management skills


  • We imagine you have minimum 3 years’ experience where you have gained deep financial process knowledge. Knowledge of Microsoft AX or D365 is a big advantage but not a must
  • Knowledge about Microsoft Azure stack is a plus
  • Solid analytical and documentation skills
  • Equally as important are your communication skills as you translate financial needs and requests into IT solutions.
  • Fluent in English as DFDS is an international company.
