Sales manager

The Role… We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales manager for DFDS Logistics OÜ based in Tallinn. The role would be to kickstart traffics from Estonia. To be considered you will have former experience in sales between Estonia and Western Europe, preferably to and from UK islands, Germany, Netherlands and Belgium.  


Main responsibilities:

  • Kickstarting the Estonian traffics with the manager of Tallinn office
  • Finding and maintaining clients and partners
  • Duties will include negotiation and implementation of agreements
  • Working with other sales teams across the DFDS Group

Required attributes:

  • At least 3 years sales experience in transportation field
  • Client base or leads where to find potential partners and clients
  • Are a master at negotiation
  • Higher education
  • Traffic planning experience is a plus
  • Very good English and Estonian language skills
  • High level of self-motivation
  • Very good computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
