Our Passenger ships provide safe overnight and short sea ferry services to over 6 million passengers annually.
We offer our customers a range oaf Supply Chain Solutions based on a mix of own assets and partnership agreements to create and deliver a seamless supply chain from production to customer across Europe. Our daily goal is to deliver supply chain leadership for each of our clients by identifying, diagnosing and solving supply chain problems.

The Graduate Role…Over a two-year rotational programme starting September 2020, you’ll gain knowledge and experience to build your understanding of our business, our customers, and the wider industry. During your 24 month programme you will take part in 3 placements, these could be at any of our 20+ sites throughout the UK and Ireland so a willingness to travel and relocate is essential. You will be given a full location & training plan at the point of offer in June 2020.
From day-one, you’ll be encouraged, supported and listened to with all the on-the-job training to develop your skills and gain additional qualifications. You’ll take ownership of fast-paced projects working hands-on with our teams throughout the UK, you will develop skills in delivering solutions for our customers.
At the end of the programme you’ll have the chance to move on to a permanent role, so this could be your opportunity to grow in a successful business.

What’s great is that you’ll experience different businesses across the UK, so you’ll need flexibility to relocate during the programme.
Learning and Development…You will receive the experience, coaching and training required of future business leaders.
During your initial 2 years, you will work across our business and be exposed to Operations, IT, HR, Finance and Sales and Marketing. You will be developed in leadership and management supported by our Training and Development School in Copenhagen.
You will have a mentor to provide ongoing feedback on your personal development plan and ensure you develop the necessary skills to be an effective manager.
Qualifications…At least a 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline. A full UK Drivers licence would be advantageous but is not essential.

Locations…. With over 20 locations throughout the UK you could potentially be based in places like; Immingham, Glasgow, Chesterfield, Peterborough, Coventry, Dublin or Belfast. More details about locations will follow as the stages of this process progress.
Process…. To give you the chance to get across more than just your CV and for us to get to know you better the first stage will include a video interview. During this you will have the chance to pre-record your answer to several questions. Following our review of these, successful candidates who match our values and behaviours will attend an Assessment Centre in May 2020.
