HR Coordinator

We are a growing HR Team based in Immingham. You will be joining an experienced team of 9 HR Professionals who together look after the HR requirements for the whole of the UK and Ireland.


The Role… We are currently looking to recruit a HR Coordinator based in Immingham to provide HR support to all levels of the business. You will, along with another HR Coordinator, be allocated to numerous sites across the UK and be expected to take ownership of the HR co-ordination of these locations. Together you will work closely to help improve processes and way of working for the HR function across the UK and Ireland. 


You will work closely with the rest of the HR team and support both them and the HR Manager on a day to day basis. Your main duties will involve maintaining the current HR systems and records including monitoring of absence. You will proactively provide support and procedural guidance to your local managers. Administration tasks will include arranging training sessions, supporting the interview processes, collating statistical data, and supporting in the administration of internal case work.


Who we want… You will ideally have a broad knowledge of Human Resources and a good generalist administrative back ground with an excellent eye for detail. You should be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar using HR software and tools and have experience up to CIPD level 3.
