The Role… A vacancy has arisen for an Accounts Support at DFDS Logistics Services Ltd based in Peterborough. To co-ordinate the different operations staff/locations to ensure a timely response to queries is given ensuring prompt payment from our customers
Hours of work will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday; a high degree of flexibility will be required should operations required. This initially is an interim role for 6 months, to be reviewed on an ongoing basis.
Principle responsibilities and activities:
- Ensure that customers’ queries are properly dealt with by the operational departments and that any relevant additional information requested by the customers is provided, ensure credit notes are issued by the operational departments where relevant.
- Maintain accurate records and information.
- Produce reports such as the monthly Age Debt Analysis and commentary.
