Driving HR initiatives
As a HR Project Manager, you are responsible for driving a number of HR Projects from A-Z. This involves optimization of existing processes, supporting Annual HR initiatives as well as creating new initiatives. Some projects will be desktop projects whereas others will involve training sessions conducted by you.
Current job tasks include but is not limited to:
- Follow-up on our global employee engagement survey
- Lead a HR track on the GDPR Project
- Onboarding initiatives
- Various communication tasks
- HR policies and optimization
- Team sessions
- E-learning development
- Support the HR Vice President with ad hoc tasks
- 360 degree evaluation
You work in a global setup where you support the HR managers across Europe and managers on all levels of the organization. You will be based at our Headquarter in Copenhagen and report directly to the Vice President of Group HR.
Strong organizer with keen interest in HR
We imagine that you have knowledge within HR from either a HR business partner role or HR project management. You are comfortable taking on project lead responsibility and create structure for various HR initiatives, as well as engage and get commitment from relevant stakeholders. Furthermore, you must be confident in conducting training and making presentations.
You probably have an educational background as cand.merc.hrm, cand.soc or alike. It will be an advantage if you have project management or Business Partnering experience. You must be fluent in English and Danish both oral and written.
As a person, you are self-driven, energetic and structured in your work approach. You have excellent communications skills and personal impact. You must be able to work independent and have the power to push projects forward.
This position may require some travelling as it is a global function covering all of our location across Europe. Moreover, the maternity leave is temporary starting from first of March 2018 to the end of December 2018.
