The role encompasses planning, coordinating and driving the Terminal’s business projects in a timely manner: implement and maintain project best practice. Involve, coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders.
• To plan, manage and deliver a number of projects simultaneously. • To take a leading position in the development of Equipment Centre best practices and drive a culture of continuous improvement. • To create reports and presentations for delivery to stakeholders at all levels. • Challenge the business norms. • Proactive problem solving and risk management.
• Support Terminals Management in development of maintenance, repair and renewal strategies for all equipment types. • Development of Quality Manual/Guidelines in relation to the Equipment Centre, and supporting the continuous improvement of. • Take a leading position in Terminals’ Damage and Loss prevention strategy. • Provide technical support to a range of business projects and workgroups. • Work with and advise project teams at a technical level on all relevant Terminal development (Mechanical & Civil) and acquisitions programs. • Business process analysis and implementation of business process change. • Support Transformation Office projects as required. • Supporting development of relationships with key stakeholders outside of the immediate department to ensure knowledge and best practice sharing company-wide. • Adhere to all relevant policies, operating procedures and standards at all times. • Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required. • Carry out any other role or task that is commensurate with the spirit and purpose of this job description.
