Travel Sales Advisor

We are in the Passenger Sales Team constantly focusing on improving our quality and customer service and are now about to recruit a new colleague to come join us.

You will be a part of the Customer Service Center and be based in our Headquarter/Nordhavn.The team is responsible for the sales of all passenger routes, including the miniscruise between Copenhagen and Oslo. The department operate highly with KPI results and development to improve the customer experience.

You will be part of a team of nine people reporting to the Team Leader.


Your responsibilities are:

  • To provide excellent customer service and look for the right solution for each guest
  • Achieve own sales KPI’s
  • Taking inbound calls & outbound
  • Answering e-mails, callbacks, claims, Backoffice tasks
  • Ambassador for the DFDS Way of Selling


Profile
We are looking for a dynamic person who takes customer service to another level and are able to work in a structured manner. As a person you are responsible, adaptable and takes ownership. It’s important that you see yourself as a team player and values collaboration.    

We expect you to be:
• Motivated by achieving sales results
• Experienced within customer service
• Able to manage and focus on many different tasks at the same time.
• Experienced user in MS Office and Excel
• Good communication skills with customers and colleagues
• Proficient in Danish, Swedish and English

You will be working 5 days in our Customer Service Center. Your working hours will be between 9.00 – 18.00 with a monthly weekend shift.
